Terms and conditions:



Shipments within Denmark are free of charge for orders over 67 EUR  (otherwise 3EUR)

Europe and rest of the world:

Shipments to Europa and rest of the world are free of charge for orders over 67 EUR 

Orders will be dispatched from our danish studio within 2-5 days , unless otherwise indicated.



Return & Exchange

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items from your order within 14 days from delivery.    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
 Once we have accepted reception, you can either choose to exchange the item or get a refund , a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.                              
Shipping costs for returning your purchase are not refunded. Please keep a copy of your return-shipping receipt. We are not liable for packages lost in return shipping.

When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name and address. Refunds are transferred immediately, but because of technicalities relating to banks and card issuers outside of our control, completion of the refund can take up to 30 days. Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit card used for payment.


Errors or defects

You can make a complaint of defects and faults in a product within 24 months after the purchase. Complaint, though, should be given as soon as you become aware of the defect, and does not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
In connection with defects and faults please as a start, send us an email explaining what is wrong with the product. Depending on the situation we will offer to repair the item, exchange it, or offer a full or partial refund. Please be aware that we will always need you to return the product for inspection to the address below. If the complaints are entitled we will refund your shipping costs if you send us the receipt. We do not accept returned items sent as cash on delivery.
